One problem in rare disease is lack of data. Something that may be useful here is GAN (General Adversarial Networks) which is a type of machine learning. Take a look at Level 1, module 1, part 6 (The Dummies Guide to AI Math’) and see if you can see why this could help in numerous areas in rare disease data and prediction.

will do Andree. As pharma/biotech increases its focus on rare diseases, just like primary care where we had many years of perfecting our approach, rare disease, will also continue on its journey. Best part of it, Eularis was there in the primary care years, and now you are driving new interventions and solutions in rare disease. awesome.

Yes – the primary care areas had a lot of data so were definitely less challenging on that front. This rare diseases data is bigger challenge for sure. In rare disease we need to be even more creative to find the right data. Maybe GAN can help.
